Note:
- Preface – your approach towards the solution of the problem given in the case study. (Manual to Automation)
- Case Study of the Project – description about problem to be given in your own words
- Working Environment – Hardware and Software configuration on which the project developed.
- Other files used – Names of Forms and Reports etc.
- Program Description – details to be given about what each of your program does in the System
- Name of Project, names of students and Path of the Project File to be given on the CD of the Project
CD, properly labeled (Project Title, Names of team members & Class) should include
- PowerPoint Presentation
- Source Code
- Documentation
- There should be no header and footer on first four pages.
- From case study onwards, footer must be specified with page no. (Bottom Right Corner) and Project name (Bottom Left Corner)
- The main contents in the Final Report should be typed in Times New Roman with font size 12.
- Spacing between consecutive lines should be 2 for first four pages and 1.15 for rest of the documentation.
- Separate successive paragraphs by 6 points.
- Margins of each page should be preferably 1.25 inch left side, 0.75 inch right hand side, 1 inch top and 1.5 inch bottom.

- Sub Headings -> font size 12 + Sentence Case + Bold
Note: Documentation must be hard bound using outer cover with colour: (Single Copy)
BCA-> Pink, BSc IT -> Yellow, MSc IT -> Black
