Key Activities

Placement is just one of the meeting points between Aryan and the Industry, and we strongly believe that a far stronger and win-win relationship should be built between the two. We endeavor to fill the gap between actual classroom teaching and the corporate requirement through various interactive forums and activities. Aryan Youth Clubs are committed to impart a practical perspective of theoretical concepts.
These co-curricular activities help them to:

The student community at Aryan is truly diverse; the students come from different social & cultural backgrounds and walks of life. As they become a part of ‘Aryan’ community, they get an unparallel exposure to different values, ethics and ways of life.
Several student activities are directed towards extending the classroom learning experience. Some of these activities include:
Aagaz – A New Phase, A New Beginning, A New Life. It is the day for the students to break the ice. Newcomers are welcomed by the seniors. Freshers’ Day is meant for interaction between them so that they mingle with one another easily. The most important thing is to be together and make the freshers’ feel good about being a part of our college.
 
Bon Voyage is celebrated every year in the month of February to bid a memorable farewell to the final year students. Program includes lot of scintillating performances of various shades.
To provide exposure outside the university syllabus, College conducts various extra classes in summer vacations. In Jolydays, students attend English Proficiency Classes, Advanced JAVA, Advanced EXCEL, PHP & Computerized Accounts.
 
 
Splash takes care of various activities related to music, art & culture. It organizes Fresher’s Day, Farewell, Diwali & New Year Celebrations. It provides a perfect platform to students to express their hidden talents.
Creative Gene is responsible for preparation & distribution of monthly articles to the students. The aim of C-Gene is to provide horizontal exposure to the students.
 
Brain Bank is responsible for the development of soft skills of the students. It organizes Presentations, Mock Interviews, GDs, and various Workshops covering various themes like on Resume Writing & Building Emotional Quotient.
‘ I Can, I Will ‘ is a Personal Effectiveness Program which includes a day long workshops & seminars on Personality Development & Attitude Alignment. Speakers of national & international repute share their domain knowledge and real life experiences with students.
Students, who participate in sports, develop competitive spirit and positive attitude towards life. To achieve this objective college provides various sports facilities like Table Tennis, Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton and Fitness Studio etc.
E-resources facilitate for Digital Library, Communication Lab, On-line exams, Online Student Feedback. College Online Management Information System, ERIC, takes care of all types of databases and feedback.
Fintellect Program is conducted for BBA and BCom Final Year students. The program included modules on :

“Innovation and Creativity in Business: Ignite”
The objective of this workshop is to provide incisive insight into the various aspects of Innovation and Creativity in Business for Academicians, Researchers and Management Students to deliberate and interact on the major issues pertaining to role of Innovation in driving the business growth
 
 
‘Durga’, a seminar on Women Empowerment, which is a burning issue all over the Globe, is held for the girls of Aryan College. Eminent speakers enlighten and motivate students on how to increase and improve social, economic, political and legal strengths of women.
Similarly, academic clubs and committees provide a platform for students to make management a part of their daily lives. Industry leaders are invited to the clubs to deliver talks on contemporary issues. Various workshops and seminars form a compulsory part of their learning.
